Hotel Darjeeling Palace, Darjeeling (West Bengal)

My experience at the hotel was a mix of joys and frustrations. On one hand, the staff was excellent and attentive, and the in-house restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. However, the room I received was quite dirty, with poor hygiene and a lack of ventilation. Overall, while there were certainly positives, the negative aspects made the stay less enjoyable than I hoped.
